do you have a storefront?
No, we concentrate totally on catering.
how far in advance do I have to order?
For Monday to Friday daytime orders we require 24 hours notice. We always try to make last minute orders happen if we can. For bigger events, the more notice the better.
do you deliver to White Rock, Mission, Maple Ridge, Langley, Abbotsford or Chilliwack?
Unfortunately, no.
can I have my order delivered at an exact time?
Unfortunately, we have a number of deliveries to do each day. And while we always try to accommodate an exact time, we can’t guarantee it. We do, however, guarantee delivery within a 45 minute window.
do you have minimum amounts of people you’ll cater for?
Yes, we have a minimum of 5 people in Richmond and Vancouver, and 8 people everywhere else we deliver.
may I have your rice salad recipe?
Okay, everyone… here it is:
2 cups cooked wild rice mix (we use a 7-grain blend)
1 can lentils (rinsed)
1 cup craisins
1 cup toasted almonds (slivered)
1/2 cup green onion
Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp curry powder
salt and pepper
